Restricted jurisdictions include (non-exhaustive): Australia, United States (all states listed individually, plus Guam and Puerto Rico), United Kingdom/Great Britain, France and French territories, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Israel, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico, Brazil, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Canada–Ontario, Curaçao, Gibraltar, Jersey, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Myanmar, Pakistan and Zimbabwe.
The obvious conclusion: the "legal in Australia" claim circulating on some affiliate sites is unsupported. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), it is illegal to provide most online casino products to people in Australia. Offshore sites that accept Australian customers do so outside the Australian regulatory perimeter, which is precisely why the ACMA issues blocking requests.
